Elena is the Managing Director of New Line. After earning a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from the University of Milan, she began her professional journey in pure research, first at Lusochimica (Menarini Group) and later at Sigma Tau, where she focused on new drugs for the cardiovascular system.
She joined New Line in 1999 as a pharmacy expert but quickly developed a passion for market research—an area where she could finally blend the analytical rigor that had always defined her work with a creative approach. In 2006, she spearheaded the creation of the Market Research Division, taking on its leadership from day one. With a growing, enthusiastic team that remains her greatest strength, she transformed a startup into a leading company in pharmacy market research.
When she takes a break from data, she follows her other passions: traveling—again and again—and spending time in the mountains, a place that keeps her close to her father, who inspired her deep connection to nature.

Agostino is the Chairman of the Board at New Line. He holds a degree in Statistical Sciences from the University of Padua, where he focused his thesis on interim analyses in controlled clinical trials. His career began in 1983 at Farmitalia Carlo Erba as a biostatistician. After gaining experience in medical and R&D leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, he gradually moved to the Life Sciences services sector, taking on increasingly senior positions at IMS Health Italia, eventually serving as CEO.
In recent years, he has been involved in companies specializing in training and LMS platforms, focusing on Market Access, Corporate Compliance and Cybersecurity. As Chairman, he leverages his extensive corporate experience to help shape the company’s strategic development.

After earning a diploma in Telecommunications, he spent ten years at Italtel working on integration testing, then moved to Etnoteam (now NTT DATA) as a consultant for various multinational companies in the telecommunications industry.
He joined New Line 19 years ago as a software developer, later becoming head of development and eventually taking on his current role as head of production.

Vera joined New Line in early 2016 and, since 2018, has been leading the New Business area. She oversees the acquisition of BIG Pharma clients and manages strategic partnerships with New Line’s partner companies. She also builds relationships with key industry associations and you’ll often find her at conferences and events

Viki is Head of Research & Development at New Line, where she leads the statistical team, oversees the design of pharmacy, parapharmacy and online panels and develops analytical models to interpret market trends. Working closely with the commercial team, she and her team provide tailored analyses to support clients in their business decisions.

He describes himself as reliable, rational and stubborn—a true engineer at heart. But outside the world of algorithms, he switches gears and becomes the deep voice in the polyphonic choir of Borgo Valsugana, the town in Trentino where he lives with his family, a cat and a dog.
