The Data Controller is New Line Ricerche di Mercato Società Benefit S.p.A., (Tax Code and VAT No. 08451700960), to which any requests for information regarding data processing may be addressed, either at the Registered Office in Milan, Via Riccardo Lombardi 19/10, 20153, or via e-mail at privacy@newl.it, by sending the request form prepared for this purpose.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

The User’s Data is collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes:

  • Contacting the User
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations
  • Complying with legal obligations imposed on the Data Controller
  • Evaluating CVs, whether in the case of spontaneous applications or following a collaboration request published on this site or through third parties conducting personnel searches

TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

The Personal Data collected by this Site, either independently or through third parties, includes: personal information, user contact details, e-mail, CV, IP address, Usage Data and Cookies. Personal Data may be collected as a result of contractual or pre-contractual relationships or automatically during the use of this Site. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller. Personal data will not, in any case, be subject to dissemination.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The data will be processed for the entire duration necessary to carry out the pre-contractual and/or commercial relationship in place and for the subsequent ten years from the date of acquisition, in compliance with the tax and accounting obligations imposed by law on the Data Controller.
